KOO design-build, inc. is design-construction firm since 1998. Our office maintains a broad spectrum of practice of providing services in design, engineering and construction to U.S. Federal governments, local municipalities and commercial clients.

During 12 years of servicing private and public construction markets, KOO has gained a depth of knowledge and expertise in every aspects of building design and construction. Our business has a particular emphasis on building repair and maintenance.  We have proven records of renovations and interior remodels of office and educational facilities, retail stores, and restaurants.  We have a staff of highly trained design and construction professionals who have extensive experiences in new building developments and tenant improvements. KOO is ready and locally available to assist on any assigned tasks with the services requested.

KOO recognizes the critical need to have local personnel who are immediately available for any assignments. These people must understand local conditions, standards, economics, and demographics to truly provide the right services for the needs and the best interest of the Owner. Therefore, KOO has a pool of skilled labors and well established suppliers and subcontractors to augment the solid foundation of capabilities locally available. KOOdb also has various disciplines of engineering consultants who are available to assist on any assigned tasks within the services requested.These people will be the primary providers of their respective services and represent a critical part of our team, a team we have built to serve you at any time, on any task.
